WaveXplorer strives to protect the privacy and information, nominative or not, of all the internet users who wish to access the website of the WaveXplorer. The information provided in a declarative manner is intended for WaveXplorer and shall only be used for the single purpose for which the data was collected, in accordance with the regulations in force and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation.

WaveXplorer agrees not to communicate this information to a third party, i.e. organisations or companies outside of the group, or to physical persons for reasons other that those related to the fields of activity of the WaveXplorer.

No commercial use, even partial, of the collected data, shall be transferred to a third party. This information is confidential and stored by the WaveXplorer.

Non-personal data

Non-personal information which is provided is used to offer products adapted to users’ individual tastes. WaveXplorer may obtain information automatically but in no case is this associated to a person. This information concerns the type of internet browser used, the computer’s operating system and the domain name from which our website is accessed.

Right of access and modification

In accordance with Article 14 of the Monegasque law of 23 December 1993, you have the right to access and modify your own personal information. At any moment, you can oppose the dissemination of the data you have provided, free of charge and without giving a reason.

When you modify or post an article, an extra cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply shows the name of the article you have modified. It expires after one day.

IP addresses that cookies are likely to store are automatically rendered anonymous before being transferred into Google Analytics, to avoid any other use of this personal data or any grouping with other personal data;

Finally, information in cookies which has been rendered anonymous shall be stored for a period of 13 months.

Applicable law

In case of dispute, the Monegasque courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Any user of the present website, even for one-time use, is considered to have accepted the application of the law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monegasque courts, for any action initiated in relation to the present ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ or the use of this website. The present ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ apply subject to any mandatory rule of the Monegasque law which may be applied.
